ESThere was a very bad smell in the bathroom of sewage- a pity because truly everything was otherwise perfect. The elevator was not working when I arrived but was fixed by the next day, which I greatly appreciated.

We booked for 4 adults, however there were only two bath towels and two hand towels. Additionally, there was one comforter for the pull-out sofa, so the expectation is that you sleep directly on the mattress. There were no other sheets for the sofa bed. There were no pillows for the sofa bed, so we slept without pillows and without sheets, and two of us could not shower due to the lack of bath towels. When this was raised to their attention, rather than apologizing or offering to fix the issues, they argued that we were incorrect and that the apartment was prepared for 4 adults. Unfortunately, our experience was not great at this location, and the support received from the staff was terrible.

GBThe apartment was located right in the city centre making it perfect as a base to see the main attractions of the old quarter, the cathedral, the Alhambra and the shopping streets. The top floor sun terrace was a great place to relax for a little siesta.
Not a fault of the property, but guests should be aware that the apartment overlooks one of the main shopping streets, with some inevitable noise from buses and motorcycles

AZThe apartment looked exactly as in the pics. The location is great, just next to the cathedral in walking distance to the sightseeings and airport bus stop )) The apartment itself was clean and cosy. It is overlooking a very busy street so can get noisy sometimes, but tbh i was not bothered at nights. The agency staff is super friendly and welcoming. They have everything you need in the apt, even a small med kit.
Not a complaint, but maybe Paper towels in the kitchen would be nice.
