We had a great stay! The room was comfortable, featuring a king-size bed with a soft mattress and plenty of pillows for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was also solid—spacious shower, warm water, and reasonably clean. They also provided a few nice extras: a mini hairdryer, along with small bottles of shower gel, body lotion, and soap for each person, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment is in a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance, so we were able to explore a lot just on foot. The room had everything we needed: air conditioning, a working TV, and even a bedside light switch, which was convenient. One thing to note—make sure to bring a power adapter. In Malta, they use Type-G sockets (UK style), while most EU countries use Type-C, so it’s worth double-checking before your trip. As a welcome gift, they provided a large bottle of water and two cookies, which was a lovely gesture—especially since tap water in Malta isn’t drinkable.

When we arrived, there were a few towels folded neatly on the bed, which made them look clean at first glance. However, once we unfolded them, it was clear they were dirty and had already been used, so we ended up using our own. Because of this, I’d recommend bringing your own towels and pillow covers, just to be safe.

The room was not cleaned. The hotel staff did not care about this at all! Contact with the staff was terrible, they avoided answering and we did not get any compensation! and we received the room with a 2 hour delay and its cleanliness still left much to be desired! The cleaning lady at the sight of us threw a comment that because of us did not eat anything because she has to clean our room. The hotel contacted us in advance and we agreed that we would enter as soon as the hotel day starts, which is 3 p.m. Entering the room we found a real mess! and after our phone calls the staff did not care at all about the problem and avoided any contact with us! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

They changed us to a different location from what we booked. Apartment with a strong damp smell, AC/dehumidifier didn't help. Awful and uncomfortable bed/mattress.

If you stay in Valetta, it is a top pick. Very close to the main sightseeings. Quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful concerning every question or suggestion you may need.

It's not i did not like it but take into consideration (for the non-British) that in order to use the plug for example to charge your mobile etc. you will need the typical adaptor (which you can buy from the souvenir shops)
