Trident-3 Villa in Batu Bolong

Flabian was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and any questions or issues were handled promptly. The villa itself was modern, clean, and in a perfect location — close to plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had a great experience and would happily stay again.

Hairdryer blew the fuse a couple of times but Flabian sorted it out straight away.

Flabian and the staff were absolutely incredible, amazing communication throughout the whole stay and super friendly. The villa is located in such a good spot, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Modern and very clean villa!

only thing was the drain in the bathroom had a bit of a smell so we had to open the windows during the day but it was fine

•A Hidden Gem in the Perfect Location• Our stay at Trident Villa - 1 was absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to great restaurants, vibrant bars, and stylish pool clubs, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The villa itself exceeded our expectations. It’s even more beautiful in person, with a generously sized private pool and overall excellent value for money. Both bedrooms are identical in layout, each with its own ensuite bathroom, which made sharing the space easy and comfortable. We felt very secure during our stay thanks to the external key locks and additional internal locks on the bedroom doors. A special mention to Puta, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether we needed extra towels or had a quick question about the Wi-Fi, he was always just a message away and usually arrived within minutes to assist. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you’ll be more than satisfied. I genuinely wish there were more positive reviews to reflect how great this property is. Cleaners came daily around lunch time or just before which was perfect. I just wish they would refresh the towels daily with clean/dry ones. On the positive side if you just message Puta (property manager) he will personally drop by and give you some clean towels or he’ll have one of his cleaners drop them off for him.

Location was perfect and Putu made sure we were well looked after. The place was exceptionally clean and homely. We loved our stay!
