There are Cockroaches

Cockroach’s that’s the only problem

like the facility, so close to the beach and ushaka marine.

Super unprofessional stuff, rude and incompetent.

-Everything was horrible. Waited 3 hrs to be checked in because you guys thought I am scamming you. -The cockroaches are unbearable even going into our bags and shoes. -Towels were dirty. -Bedding sheets were also dirty. One of the worst stays I wouldn’t recommend this place to family.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

We were booked from Friday to Sunday. Friday night we ran out of water, rectified on Saturday morning. And then Saturday evening we ran out of lights. Host should make sure that there is sufficient supplies of water and lights before taking guests in future. Plugpoints are not great, badly situated. No housekeeping came to clean our room, we had to do cleaning ourselves which we usually do but atleast come change our sheets and towels and take out our trash (bin has no lid). There is a small roach infestation in the room. Everything in that room is made for small size people so don't recommend if you're plus size ie: sinks are tiny, counter is very low, sofa is tiny and uncomfortable. Shower is very hard to operate, meaning that either it's boiling hot or ice cold, there is no in between option. Only toilet rolls and dishwashing liquid was provided, there was empty soap and shampoo bottles on the sink.
