Lovely location , close enough to beach and all amenities provided. SPA facilities are great and great helpful staff. We had a great treatment there

While food was well presented it was not to my 5 star hotel class which this hotel is. Lacking diverse food choices

"Schöner Aufenthalt im Atzavara Hotel"

Unser 3. Aufenthalt im Atzavara. Das Essen top, es fehlt an nichts. Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und überaus bemüht. Zimmer sehr gross und gut ausgestattet. Poolbereich sehr schön gestaltet und eine üppige Blüten-und Pflanzenpracht. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosser überdachter Parkplatz. Erwähnenswert auch der gut ausgestattete Fahrradkeller.

Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht gut, die Lampe über den Nachttischen war total verstaubt, der Balkon wurde nie geputzt und der Aschenbecher nicht geleert. Man hatte das Gefühl, es wurde nicht abgestaubt. Am Boden lagen immer noch Haare, nachdem die Zimmerreinigung da war.
