Location is about 20 minutes walk to Haram but shuttle bus is available and is very frequent. From drop-off point about 7 minutes walk to Haram. Lots of shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. Enjoyed my 5 days stay and will use the hotel again on my next visit, Insha Allah

Wi-fi service was not great. Not enough staff at reception desk for check in/check out.
