Al Ard Al Mutamayeza Hotel Makkah

The hotel is an excellent choice for tourist visiting Makkah. The hotel location is excellent with great transport service that takes you to and from Masjid al-Haram. Also, if you prefer to walk, the walking distance is approximately 15 minutes. The hotel has brilliant stores within the hotel and outside with many stores selling variety of different things, such as Khamis, ZamZam water, food and much more. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a TV which has many channels for their customers to choose from. The toilet/shower facilities are excellent and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable from checking in to checking out.

Il posto è vicino a tanti negozi

Sono stata li 7 giorni, e non hanno polito la camera ho chiesto due volte e mi dicevano domani dopo mezzo giorno facciamo tutto ma niente sono andata per la terza volta per chiedere almeno coperte nuove perché la mia è sporca da 7 giorni hanno chiesto subito scusa e hanno detto che mi manderanno subito le coperte nuove e domani puliscono ma come di solito niente. Siamo due ragazze non abbiamo avuto ne shampoo ne sapone ne carta igienica ne bicchieri ne niente per 7 giorni.

طاقم سيى وغير متعاون ومرافق الفندق سيئة وكذلك الاثاث غير نظيف ولم ارتاح فيه الموقع بعيد عن الحرم تأخر تسليم الغرف بنصف ساعه بعد وصولنا
