Clean, great location and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The weather, and places to eat on a Sunday evening were limited

Good value for money. We enjoyed our stay. Good location, maybe a bit far from the main front if you have mobility issues. The decor was a little tired but for the money, we would stay again.

We ran out of gas on the 2nd day morning and waited until after lunch for it to be replaced.

The caravan was good

Coastal caravan staff on the telephone are terrible welcome email did not arrive so when we got there we Kew very little as soon as they had there bond they didn’t want to know us rang them Tuesday about our bond back no answer so left a message no response had to ring them from the landline at work so the didn’t recognise my number so they would answer they say the bonds usually get refunded back on a Friday I can see I may need some help with this matter from booking.com thanks will definitely not book with coastal caravans again

The caravan was ok.good location

The problem we had was being accused of my pets urinating in the van. This is not true. Yes my dogs did on the decking as I explained. I used the only mop and bucket that was left in the van and cleaned this before we left, then left the mop outside. We removed all our rubbish,stripped all the beds and washed up our pots. The owner has refused to give our bond back and said they need to clean the carpets. I believe they are trying to pull a fast one as they have closed the van now. This has had a big impacted on myself and family. PLEASE BEWARE. This is not a pet friendly caravan.

The caravan was lovely, a little worn around the edges but a lovely, well equipped van

I had taken 3 elderly people away and they all had problems with the toilet cubicle being too small. The cleanliness of the van was not a very good standard on our handover. But the van was lovely

The caravan was clean and spacious. The disabled facilities in the caravan were a bonus. The weather was really nice. We really enjoyed our week.
