B&B Amalfè

In walking distance to all restaurants and the ferry port

This was the best stay during our 3 week trip. We were able to book all 4 rooms at the property so we had the entire place for our family alone. It’s very cute and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and we enjoyed that everyone had their own bathroom and balcony. Easy walk from the ferry terminal or main road. Elevator access to the fifth floor was very appreciated. Although we liked the place itself, it was the staff that really stood out and made it exceptional. Maria Grazia and Maria Rosaria really took care of us while we were there. Our breakfast each morning was so enjoyable and they were so quick to help in any way they could.

Although the staff at the property were very accommodating upon our arrival, communication with the owner before our arrival was so so.

Really charming little B&B, right in the centre of Maiori. Lovely room with a small balcony, which gets the late afternoon sun. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is good, with a perfect location, outside on a terrace with the view of the sea. Maria Grazia is so accommodating, so helpful and friendly. A perfect place to stay!

The best stay we had while travelling in Italy, everything was immaculate! Grazie mille to all the staff!

The internet was at times slow but it wasn't that bad. On top of that, we were also a bit uncomfortable with the cleaning lady going through our personal stuff when cleaning. I bet if we had texted the staff about it, everything would have been sorted out but we were checking out the next day, so we didn't do it.

We loved everything! The location is close by (and flat) from the ferry. The property has an elevator which is a great bonus. Our room was very spacious, clean, well equipped, nicely renovated and had a terrace. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was fantastic.

Nothing, we loved it all

The excellent view from the breakfast terrace and the mountain view from our room stand out! The room itself is well decorated in a cozy, blue tile, Mediterranean theme. The cleaning is impeccable, very well done. There are only 4 rooms within the hallway. It is a cute small family run operation. Communication with the two ladies was very quick and easy via WhatsApp and once we met them in person. They are both very welcoming, so ask any questions you have. Location is good - there are closer hotels to the beachfront, but they are in a louder area. So this building being ~2 small streets back from the main road was a good compromise. It was a 15 minute walk with bags for us (fit couple in our 30's). On Google maps, the name is "Amalfè B&B". It can be a little hard to find otherwise.

There were some issues with getting the key to the main building. There was a lock change to the public entry for the building and guests did not have keys. This is now sorted now but was a logistical challenge. Note that the check in time is a slim window. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a small elevator available.
