I was asked to pay £150 security deposit and was told it would be returned if everything goes well. I ensured my friends kept the place tidy because my £150 was at stake and they even made videos and took pictures of their room before leaving. Mind you they only slept in the house as they were at my wedding all day long and left before 10:00 am the following day. Pureservice still took out £30 from my money even though the apartment was left neat and nothing was broken. This is pure scam. I requested for pictures of any damages done and none was sent to me. Won’t be using this service again

There wasn’t anything in the kitchen to use the mat was so messy there was hairs on the mat Shower wasn’t able to use taps was stucky we’ve got pictures of messy mat and the hair was on that. It was so bad. Was very bad service and worse experience

- Great for big family, for the price I’ll say it was fair. Nice bedding, beds are okay. In General we had a good night sleep. The 3 bathrooms make it handy for 8 people staying. The kitchen is massive, we didn’t use it but it seemed well equipped. There sea views from the top floor and a Juliet balcony

- the carpet was very dirty throughout and there was a smell of cigarette throughout the flat which was very unpleasant. The family shower didn’t work properly and the second floor en-suite shower had very little pressure. A few little changes will make the place a great place to stay

the location was excellent beautiful views close to the hoe so lovely walks, quite modern facilities

where do I start, the pictures didnt match where we stayed 2 houses had same pictures and we got the worse one not one I booked. it was originally a student accommodation so some updates needed so wouldn't put it in luxury label. 1 shower leaked and had no pressure and lighting above it a bit dodgy, the toaster didn't work, no rack in oven to cook so had to put it on base of oven which burned food, doors hanging off, only 5 lots of cutlery even though meant for 8 people so when my daughter came to eat with us she had to bring her own. the boiler didn't work when we got there, no instructions how to work it, or tv or oven etc oh and no mention in the description it was over 3 floors so my hips didn't thank me by the end. so overall I would have been calling them every 5 minutes if had stayed longer than 2 nights and we hadn't got a good price compared to hotel rooms

Location was great as we were attending the Summer Sessions festival nearby, apartment was roomy, light (skylights are a lovely surprise) & clean. The beds were very comfortable & the balcony is a lovely feature.

We were given one set of keys, which made it difficult for the four of us to leave/return to the property at different times. It would've been much more convenient having another set of keys. It would be better if parking was included in the initial price, rather than having to arrange separately. Also, the check-out time of 10.30am is quite early & we were denied late check-out despite being willing to pay extra, which was a bit disappointing.

Can’t say as I didn’t stay here. Was phoned the day before to say I had to be moved to an alternative property due to a maintenance issue.

Was moved to another property, which was ok, but the alternative was a 2 bed. Was refused any kind of refund due to this being a smaller property than what I originally booked, the excuse being it was bank holiday weekend. I’m sorry but if you have to downgrade someone’s booking some kind of monetary offer should be made. Their idea of compensation was to offer free parking at the new property.
