La climatisation.

The location was great. The property was modern and clean.

The door buzzer didn’t work and the air conditioner in both bedrooms didn’t work properly. It was very uncomfortable to sleep with no air conditioning. I reported both problems to the owner and the problems never got fixed during our stay. I felt that the owner was just making excuses on being on top of the problems. Also the light near the elevators was out and it was very hard to see the panel for the elevator. . For the price we paid per night I expected everything to be in working order. I am still waiting for some kind of compensation.

Good location and comfortable place . Easy to reach many attractions. Many restaurants , supermarkets around too.

Not enough toilet paper, shampoo snd body wash.

The location was excellent, easily walkable to all major attractions. Comfortable beds and good cooking supplies. It was a great value for the location.

It would be helpful to initially provide more pillows and bathroom towels such as hand towels and bath mats but once they were requested, extra towels were delivered the same day. Operating instructions for the microwave and washing machine would be helpful.

Location was great, layout of apartment worked well for us being 3 adults.

No complaints. It would be helpful to have instructions (in English) for operating the stovetop, washer & dryer. Also extra towels would be nice & a couple of dish cloths.
