Cabaña No.6 Puerta del Bosque Mazamitla.

The cabin was spacious.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Lorenzo and his wife. The wife met us up in the front of the lobby and said the keys are on the door and was very short. We went about our afternoon and upon returning and getting settled in for bed, I noticed a large wet stain on my bed. I was confused as to how the big water stain got there. I message Lorenzo (staff) and he agrees to bring new blankets. As we are looking for where the water comes from we detect the whole upstairs bedroom wall has traces of a leak among numerous spiders and webs. Clearly is never dusted.. as my children lay in the bed next to us we de die to live the kids away from the wall there is where we discovered the nightmare. My children just got into bed and we didn’t inspect their bed, their sheets one side of them were covered in dry blood stains. Upon calling staff I was told there were spiders because we were in the forest. The blood stained sheets they said it must have been a red marker we went to bed with. Upon talking it the manager about all of this and me being very upset and me mentioning I would leave a bad review he threatened to for us to vacate the premises immediately, I’ll remind you this is midnight now. He said if I cancel your stay now you won’t be able to leave a bad review. Heard him talking bad about me to another person while in the phone in my face. This was a NIGHTMARE!!!!! We were afraid of retaliation and the stay was absolutely horrible!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!! What a disappointment not to mention all the other details.
