Pros: amazing communication with the owner. Good location, small, but very clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. The unit is equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Also a private parking spot is available.

Cons: The unit is at the fourth floor, and no elevator. Not easy if you need to carry big luggages for a longer stay. The shower cabinet can definitely be improved. One more thing which is not related to the unit or the owner, but is worth mentioning: the last portion of the acces road to the building is in a very poor conditions.
