"Poor communication and false advertisement."

Nothing really. Upon arrival there was a dog at the property, which was not stated in the advert, I am allergic to dogs. Secondly, I asked a number of times if there was anyone else staying at the property to which the host kept ignoring, when in fact the room is in their own home - might suit some people but not for me and they never told me or put it in the advert - again. I left to go to the shop and came back, the door was bolted on the inside, so you cannot come and go as you please as stated in the advert. The bolt was again put on once I was inside the property.

The fact that I didn't even stay one night in this property as it was falsely advertised, I messaged the property after I left about my issues to which they ignored. I then contacted booking.com about the experience and they keep telling me to contact the property for a refund, again the host has ignored my messages THREE times. They eventually got back to me and said they would speak to management, but this is a private host and I replied, to which they have ignored again.
