Luxurious 2-bedroom apt with stunning views, 1st line on Levante Beach, Benidorm

We had said we would be there between 4-5 on the booking questionnaire. I had then said around 4pm. At 4:07 whilst trying to park got a barrage of calls one after the other from Yas asking where we were in a really angry tone telling us that we were late and his guy was waiting in the sun. He called us various times over the next few minutes telling us the same thing. It was sooo stressful. We were parking the car just a few meters away. I’ve travelled for many many years and many places and never had any host speak to me like this. People travel far and I’ve never known anywhere to get so upset. I think it’s maybe a communication issue too. I didn’t know we had to be there at 4 pm exactly. We had take. Our cat to the vet because he was very ill and we were stressed enough. I’ve ran airbnbs for years and have never spoken to clients like that and sometimes I’ve waited hours for them due to travel or flights or changes of plans. I apologize for being “late” but genuinely didn’t realise that 15 minutes warranted to be spoken to like that.

Location was very good. Views were amazing, especially at sunset! Spacious and clean.

We were told we could check in at 2pm, however the day before we were told we could check in till 4 without any way of leaving the car before then because of their cleaner which meant we had to cancel plans last minute that we had in the afternoon.

The property is stunning in a great location with an amazing view!

The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, limescale and mould in the shower, facilities lacking, bedding and washing draped over balcony when we arrived. Bedding and towels were threadbare, beautiful property but just lacking quality with the amenities

Lift to apartment very small and slow but that is not their fault and a second key would be helpful for groups

Lovely apartment, perfect location, amazing views. Parking included was a great bonus. We will definitely be staying again.
