The overall experience was very good. The staff visited on request is very nice & friendly.

There is no ventilation in the toilets which is a negative point. So we used the toilet of other room & left the main door of the room & the toilet door open.

Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was awful. It is so hard to find the villa. So dirty there were so much worms. Barely cleaned bathrooms we saw many cockroaches worms bugs. Hard to sleep was so noisy and dirty.

"It's a nice place to stay for a short while."

The pool was nice and the rooms were spacious and although you were only allowed one item for breakfast it was delicious and area was quiet.

The bathroom flooded when you showered and the taps and shower heads were dirty and rusty and staff also overcharged us by 350000 rupiah for laundry because receipt said something different to what lady told us we owed her in the beginning and she wanted money first, not sure maybe she charged us for her labour also location is not ideal, drivers have to drive down sketchy narrow alleyway just to get to this place

"Nice private space and swimming pool"

Staff is nice and friendly

On the first day we checked in, we found that the sheets were not clean. We asked the housekeeper to replace them with new ones the next day. There were yellow stains on the toilet.

"Superb"

Breakfast cooked at villa is amazing, massage at villa and can order food delivery from next door. The staff also fulfilled our other requests when asked. Laundry service quick. Lower your expectation and you will enjoy this accomodation like we did.

"The villa is beautiful. Location is a bit remote. Staff were not cool."

New & clean, the beds were very comfy and the showers worked nice. There was cold drinking water in the kitchen and a nice swimming pool

The property itself was amazing however the staff were rude and took forever to deliver any food and drinks ordered. Threatening text messages impersonating the ACTUAL owner were sent to my friends what’s app.

"It was a nice experience and the staff was nice."

It was nice, and had good amenities.

It took a while for them to clean until we could check in and it wasn’t completely cleaned, we had to clean some parts ourselves.

No reception, sewage stunk the room out, TV didn’t work, very poor breakfast, Not safe, safe was not locked down.
