"Bad premises and bad service from Booking.Com"

I booked 1 night before arrival and the host didn't response at all. On the day I arrived still no direction from the host. After few trying, the host replied that he couldn't cancel the reservation. It should be from me or booking.com I couldn't cancel because of the non-refundable term. I emailed the customer service of Booking.com and still no reply until today which is 2 days after my complain.
