Schöne Lage, nette Leute

Wir haben mit wunderschönen Zimmern gerechnet wie bei der Buchung im Interent zu sehen und erhielten nicht fertige Zimmer voller Mücken und Spinnen. Und es wurde uns als upgrade erklärt!

"It was a stay from hell 2.0"

I didn’t like anything about the property! There were flies, bugs, and spiders throughout the guesthouse. The pillowcases were used, brown, and dirty, and smelled like a cellar. The property was advertised to have toiletries, and WiFi…Which they did not!!!!

The property was falsely advertised, and my husband and I only stayed one night. It was awful living conditions!!! No toiletries as mentioned in the booking advertisement, flies, bugs, and spiders in bedroom and bathroom. No working WiFi, or air conditioning!! Horrible experience, and awful service from the property manager!!!! I requested a full refund, but the property manager has refused to refund my money back, and I’m super frustrated. Horrible, unprofessional service!!!!!

Pas d'accueil. Livrés à nous mêmes. Pas de serviettes de bain. Pas de draps, couettes pour les lits du salon. Propriétaire agressif réclamant des suppléments sur l'hébergement nous demandant de quitter immédiatement les lieux .
