Clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood with helpful friendly neighbors. Very central location, quick access to the M8. Close to small shop, larger supermarket and chip shop (within walking distance). Cycle path very close for running, walking. The extra toilet downstairs is so helpful when you have a large group.

Kitchen had limited utensils, containers and pots/pans. It would be fine for a few nights but we were there for over 2 weeks. Leasing company was often difficult to get a hold of … other times they would get right back to me ?!?!?! And 10 days after moving out I am still waiting for a refund of my damage deposit.
