Lokalizacja na zamkniętym osiedlu i wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe więc można zostawić auto bez stresu i nie trzeba szukać miejsca, blisko sklep

Kabina przysznicowa nie była umyta od dłuższego czasu żółte naloty i fugi coś w rodzaju pleśni lub grzyba na fugach płytki na ziemi i przy szybie musialem to umyć domestosem bo sam bym tak nie wszedl co dopiero myć tam swoje dzieci ! brak drzwi lub kotary prysznicowej wszystko leci na łazienkę potem jest mokra podłoga gdy się chce skorzystać z ubikacji, tylko 1 klimatyzator w mieszkaniu więc w sypialni była sauna dopiero jak wychodziliśmy z mieszkania udało się wychłodzić. Mieszkanie na poddaszu więc sauna się tam robi szybko po za tym brak rolet w oknach trzeba było improwizować ręcznikami...
