USPet friendly, and the entire staff was lovely with my dog. He was so happy here and it will make this a no brainer to come back to when in West Chester. WC seafood kitchen was phenomenal as well!

USUSUSJosh and the entire team were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. Being personally greeted each time I entered or left truly stood out and made the stay feel thoughtful and warm. I also really enjoyed the Seafood Kitchen. The food was well worth the value and is something I’d confidently recommend to others.
For the price point, the hotel offers very minimal amenities, which made the overall value feel a bit off—likely driven by the location. Some room layouts felt disjointed, with underutilized space and very low lighting. My TV Chromecast stopped working on the second day and, while staff acknowledged it was a known issue, there wasn’t a resolution during my stay. I was working long hours and didn’t have time to follow up. The breakfast café is quick and convenient, but given how many great options West Chester has, you’re better off heading out.
USGreat location. Wonderful staff, helpful and welcoming. Comfortable bed, immaculately clean room, excellent housekeeping, good restaurant, easy paid parking system next door.
The shower, which is beautiful, would benefit from a grab bar. The WiFi/tv setup is a mess. It’s really something that needs to be addressed. Normally we would not have used it much, but the weather wasn’t great so we were in our room more.
