the location is really good as it near to PJ centre but will be jam abit but is acceptable in city.

There are spaces for improvement for cleanliness in both washroom especially the downstairs washroom and the condition in lobby look like quite old and the lift will take you a decade to reach you to your level. Owner will work for their basic responsibilities while when you request for further support it may not be entertain. facilities can be improve like the mailbox to collect the key… it is damaged and I quite worry when I return the key
