"Run down, tired, photos did not reflect reality. Would not recommend."

Location was excellent. Good to have free parking. Ower responsive to issues, but not really much that could be done. Poorly equipped kitchen, no oven trays or oven proof dishes.

Property smelt of very strong air freshener on arrival as if masking smell of smoke. Large burn mark on sofa bed. Floors worn & dirty. Wallpaper peeling off in bedroom. Front door not very secure. Extremely noisy neighbours above. WiFi signal none existent & TV didn't work at all, even terrestrial. Disappointing stay.

Was very noisy people parking in the car park drinking. You could hear everything the people above were doing??!!!!!
