Predivno iskustvo na Kopaoniku! Komunikacija sa vlasnicima je bila odlična od samog početka – ljubazni, dostupni i spremni da pomognu oko svega. Apartman je izuzetno čist, uredan i lep, potpuno isti kao na slikama (što je danas retkost 😊). Pogled sa prozora ostavlja bez daha, posebno ujutru. Sve preporuke, rado bismo se ponovo vratili!

LIARS!!!! ALL the listed amenities are NOT available inspite of having photos of them. NO pool inside, NO pool outside, NO steam bath, NO sauna, NO salt room and whatever you see on pictures. Its just a room without any extra amenities. They didnt give me a receipt when i paid, also the lady called me 10times on the phone to ask me when we were coming because she wanted to go somewhere and not wait for us( fyi we arrived at 6 in the afternoon which is pretty normal arriving time) This was absolute disturbance of peace and line crossing to my personal space, you cannot keep ringing like a crazy lady. This place sucks and the attitude of the personnel and boss also. DO NOT be fooled to come here

The location was amazing. The view from the windows is breathtaking especially in the evening as you can see the sunset from the bed. The apartment is modern and really nice looking. there is a spa and restaurant nearby. Roomservis is available.

Wifi was quite bad and unstable. It is ok for someone who is there to ski and uses the apartment to sleep in it, but for doing some work from the location it was awful, as the connection break so often. TV is the slowest one I have seen, after a day or two I stop trying to watch something as it is always lagging and freezing. The bed is not the most comfortable one.
