The house location was nice n was clean n neat

The astro didn't have much channels, one of the washroom were clogged and one doesn't have a doorknob. Otherwise everything wad fine

Check in n check out process

The house is not as in the booking.com website. The floor n bathroom is very dirty. Bad hospitality. I informed them no shower gel on the day check-in, but i received the shower gel on the next day. House is for 15 ppl, only 9 towels provided. Towels are smelly. No rubbish plastics were provided. I've to do mini shopping to buy all the basic needs. It was a fly trip with elderly ppl n kids, totally disappointed. P Everything is dirty.. the plates, cups, pan, fork n spoon, electric kettle. Even kitchen lamps can't on, Ive highlight all the issues via whatsapp, but there was no proper assistance from the property owner.

Nothing I like instead of near to the beach

Very hard mattress, old pillow and not comfortable, old house and not do the maintenance, many stuff such as cookware dirty and oily, chair broken, no Coway, sofa very dirty and smelly. Very cheap towel and absorb water. Too basic for stay. Not worth it for money at all.
