Vista Mar I by An Island Apart

Wirklich gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Die Lage ist gut, rundherum gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen, die einen in verschiedene Richtungen bringen. Trotz zentraler Lage eine ruhige Gehend, auch nachts (lediglich die laut knatternden Motorräder hört man quer durch die Stadt). Immer ein freier Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

Das Schloss der Haustür (fürs Gebäude), aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Da brauchte man manchmal viel Geduld bzw. Fingerspitzengefühl.

Excelente localización. El apartamento está dotado con todos los servicios para tener una excelente estancia. Las vistas de la terraza y la buena localización para desplazarte de lo mejor. El personal súper atento y resolutivo. Nos cambiaron sábanas y toallas a los 4 días. Tienes cafetería, panaderia, un pequeño supermercado y un par de restaurantes a 50 metros. Parada de bus (el 3 y el 8) a 30 metros del apartamento y te dejan en el centro de Funchal. Dan servicio hasta casi las 12 de la noche. Puedes aparcar dentro de la propiedad en plazas exteriores junto al portal así que no tienes que preocuparse por el parking si alquilas coche. El aire acondicionado perfecto para verano.

Очень красивая квартира, продумана до деталей. Большая и просторная. Все необходимое есть. Самая лучшая квартира, которую я бронировала когда-либо. Вид потрясающий, кстати. Всё, как на фото 👍

完美的旅行。地理位置很方便，楼下有很多条公交车到达中心。超市，咖啡吧离住处很近。房间设施应有尽有，只有你想不到。阳台很大，美景尽收眼底。总之，一切都很完美。Perfeito para viagens. A localização é muito conveniente, há muitos ônibus no andar de baixo para o centro. Supermercados e cafés ficam muito próximos da residência. As instalações do quarto são tudo o que você pode imaginar. A varanda é ampla e tem vista panorâmica. Ao todo, tudo foi perfeito.

Weinig. De badkamer had geen ventilatiesysteem zodat de deur open moest blijven staan om te luchten na het douchen. Na gebruik warm water rook de keuken (waar de geiser hing) naar gas. Was goed op te lossen door balkon deur open te zetten. Maar geiser moet wellicht beter afgesteld worden.

Lovely balcony stretches across the entire apartment, allowing you to see the gorgeous view all the time plus have fresh air as all doors can be open all day. The kitchen is much better equipped with quality items than I have ever encountered in other apartment rentals. TV size is large, Netflix provided Fantastic bakery next door Free parking

The apartment lacked disposables - no spare trash bag, kitchen towels, no cleaning material at all to whip the table or kitchen counter, no sponge, nothing to clean the floor with eg bathroom floor

Дуже гарне квартира, з душою. Розміщення прекрасне, є магазини із продуктами, кавʼярня та ресторан. В квартирі є книги, посуд та вся необхідна техніка. Менеджерка супер мила та привітна, зустріла і при потребі по телефону допомогала коли виникали питання. Very nice apartment, with soul. The location is great, there are grocery stores, a coffee shop and a restaurant. The apartment has books, dishes and all the necessary equipment. The manager is super nice and friendly, she met me and, if necessary, helped by phone when there were questions
