"Superb"

We really liked the location and how close it is to UF stadium and dorms. The communication was extremely easy with the managers as they were very quick to respond. The number of rooms really was accommodating.

There could be a little more privacy as far as window treatments go. The dining table and a couple of chairs were a little wobbly. Common bathroom had a little of a musty/humid smell by where the door frame is, but we "Febrezed" the area and it helped.
