The one room we stayed was worst: No toilet paper No soap and toothbrush No trash can No drinking water No mug No slippers The door lock is defective The shower switch is defective

The property was perfect. Location was in the centre in the queen city of the south.

There were some setbacks with the property like the shower room. The sliding door which leads to the shower was leaking. Internet connection was also an issue. No internet for 2 nights.

Misleading information, staff unaware of booking type we have and informed us that no available room for what we booked and paid ahead of time. Refrigerator has a foul smell needs proper cleaning.

great location

The place was clean, well kept and very well located. The staff was amazing and super helpful.

There was no hand/body soap in the bathroom, but not a big deal as there’s a 7/11 next to the building.

Cheap Dive in a good location

Roaches, filthy apartment, but cheap. for something at least clean. p. I would have paid more , Charged us for breakfast which was supposed to be free, charged us php300 for 1 hour early arrival, which we informed them in advance and p400 for our tiny Dog who never left her cage
