Sea Views and Golf Views Holiday in Amarilla Golf PH3B1

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était conforme à la description, très propre et bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et de la plage. La piscine a apporté une touche de détente supplémentaire. Le propriétaire a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊

Located in a fabulous quiet area. Great apartment with good facilities. Walkable to local restaurants and small supermarket over the golf course. San Blas is about 25 minutes walk. Dishwasher, washing machine were great to have. Balcony is a decent size to go out and sit on- if it’s not too windy! We found the water machine by block 1 stairs- so take a bottle and pay to fill it with treated water. Well worth it (it’s behind some white doors!) We had a couple of issues, which because we arrived later on a Friday could not be resolved until Monday. The staff at the office in San Blas were fantastic- very helpful and resolved the problems. There was a welcome bottle of bubbly. Very nice. And a small bag of items for cleaning, although we did buy some disinfectant to clean around- and it helped get rid of the tiny ants round the dishwasher. There weren’t a big problem. If you don’t like quiet out of the way it’s not the place for you. We kept the apartment clean and tidy. Bus stop a 10 minute walk away. Great cafe/bar The Globe next to block 1 very good breakfast.

View and location very good

No covers on cushions for living room chairs. Curtains didn’t fit windows. Toilet restricts entry to shower. Ants in kitchen and bathroom. No loungers for balcony. Dishwasher needs replaced as full of rust. Not happy with cameras in apartment

It was exactly as seen in the photos. Loved the location and the atmosphere in and around the complex- very well kept garden and lovely pool

It would have been better with an air fryer and maybe sky tv but it didn’t spoil the visit in any way

Well-appointed apartment with some welcome "homely" touches (some condiments / detergents & cleaning materials etc.) ... there were even some full-length sun-bed cushions (which we found behind the settee - only when we had purchased some locally!)

The apartment was on the first floor (ground +1) and whilst there was a lift, this was key-operated ... with the key stored in the flat so only available once we had entered the apartment, meaning I had to manually lug a heavy case up 2 flights of stairs. Had the welcome instructions been clearer, this could have been avoided.

Very nice and clean flat, everything was prepared perfectly for our stay. Good location, close to oceanfront and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces

Only two things I would improve in the flat: the water pressure and the smell of sewage in the bathroom
