Caledonian - Charming Central 1 Bed Flat

Couldnt get in the keybox until someone appeared the box needs repair. Tv didn't work. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. All OK for a short stay.

Location of this place was great, not too far from old town and there were a lot bus and tram stops nearby. The flat itself was spacious, warm. The bed was really comfortable. The hosts were nice, quickly answered all our questions.

It wasn't really clean. Also there were a lot of small inconviniences - there was a washing machine, but no detergent and the drying rack was broken. There was no hairdryer.

Location is good

It was damp, bed was uncomfortable, it wasn't clean and overall rundown.

Location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the city center. The host was very responsive and friendly. Good to have a tv in the room.

Unfortunately the property is a bit run down. Strong smell of mold as soon as you enter. Bathroom so small it’s difficult to get into the bathtub. Living room mat with crumbs. Need to replace the pans ASAP, most of them are useless. But for me the worst was definitely the bed, it was like a trampoline and not comfortable at all, perhaps should be ok to other guest’s preference but I found it way too uncomfortable. The neighbor upstairs was banging on the door and screaming one of the nights.

Location and kitchen well equipped

No cupboard for clothing, musty smell in apartment, shower hose broken

For the first time in a month we felt at home in this place! Everything worked well, the bed was comfortable, and we could cook for ourselves. And we had room to move.

Loved the property - really cosy, comfortable and spacious flat with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Very well-equipped including oven, hobs, cooking equipment, hairdryer, washing machine, games, TV, and books. Very easy to access the flat and great communication from host. In a perfect location: less than 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, and Haymarket station (also where the tram stop is) and 20 minute walk from the Old town and Castle.
