The staff was very nice.

The floors where dirty and tub didn't work. I reserved a room with a king size bed instead got a room with two double beds.

Spiders and bugs everywhere , bed and towels didn’t look clean, roaches

Beautiful refurbished room However the tile work in the bathroom doorway was not cleaned And there were tiny bugs in the floors

The location ...

I was given a room on the 2nd floor; and when I asked for a room on the first floor because it is hard for me to climb stairs, especially with luggage, the desk clerk said she couldn't do that, since I booked the room through a third party ... I said, "By saying third party, do you mean Booking.com?" She said yes! So what's the purpose of booking a room through Booking.com if the level of service is compromised??? NOT very happy ....

Nice bed, clean room, good shower pressure.

Overpriced. Sparse, lukewarm breakfast. Location too noisy.
