Everything went smoothly even if I had delay ! The host was very nice and even if the keys were accessible in a secured box, he came to do the check in with me. Very Friendly and Helpful ! Additionnally, the place was even more cozy than expected, I greatly recommand this place !

Location of accommodation is within convenient walking distance to many interesting historic sites in the old town, shops, eateries, etc The immediate vicinity of the accommodation although quiet is secure, clean and pleasant. This is a good neighbourhood. Host and owner Maurizio was very helpful with our requests for help and information.

A Minor point. Perhaps instal a shelf for placing toiletry amenities and a higher point for shower nozzle holder for more user friendliness in the bathroom. Otherwise an excellent stay for 3 nights.

Pre arrival communication was excellent. Finding the route to the actual location of the accommodation for the first time need patient reading of street signs. Not difficult. Host prepared accommodation according to our requests. Apartment was appropriately finished with amenities.

The two floor apartment (loft bedroom) was somewhat inconvenient for elderly guests like ourselves climbing up and down. We missed this feature. But otherwise everything fine and dandy.

Very nice, cozy place. Clean and new. Perfect location right in the historic centre, but on a quiet street. The host was flexible on check in and check out times for our stay. The wi-fi speed was good.
