The view from the room was serene. Amazing infinity pool. One of a kind location. The staff was very good. The city in itself was very touristy.

The pool over looking the mountains is amazing super peaceful. It also has a. Viewing platform also is good for sunrise. The staff were helpful and all very nice. Rooms were spacious clean and big beds. Food was good as well. Would definitely come back.

Bed too hard. Water not really warm. Many windows without curtain. Pool too cold. Very noisy at night despite the remote location.

Facilities are very Basic including rooms and wash rooms. Secondly the hotel is far away from the station so I would recommend people booking this one to reach well before sunset. It rains a lot in Ella and there are no street lights on the way to hotel.
