Very nice and clean apartament. Perfect contact with host.

Very useful, helpful, mindful and responsive host. We never met, but she contacted me before arrival, to coordinate the arrival time and explained every detail well. During the stay she was checking whether we are ok, and don't need everything. The place is very nice - a little bit dark, but that doesn't really matter if you are coming to explore the town. It's sensibly renovated. The apartment is very close to bus stop, tram to new town - I liked the location. Would come back despite the night noise (not with children:))

The apartment is a bit noisy - you hear busses, cars and motorbikes all night, even though you close the windows to the street, and even though the street looks to be a calm one (i don't know if the noise was coming from the main road behind the corner or the tiny street was really som busy).

If you want the feeling of staying in Città Alta, the location is great. Unfortunately this comes with some drawbacks in form of noise. Traffic is loud, and you also get the occasional “walking party” passing by during the night.

The apartment itself is nice, and it has a cool backyard patio that is great on warm and sunny days (lots of shade). There’s unfortunately a few things that drag down the impression: The apartment is smoke free, but there was a clear smell of smoke inside. There’s no information at all in the apartment about how things work. F.i, there was no warm water at first, because the boiler was shut off. Easily fixed, but we shouldn’t have to stay 10 mins in a cold shower to find out. Smaller things like a bathroom door that is very hard to open when fully closed, a window that wouldn’t close (without quite a bit of force), a broken and dirty dishwasher (not listed as an amenity, but it’s there).

The nice location, perfect ambiance and nice landlord they were very nice and helpful.

The only weakness was the lack of washing machine I believe so; though the owner offers you some services for washing your clothes.

The apartment looks better in reality than picture. It is quite pleasant.
