I went to Grace residence and when I contacted the owner he said that there’s no unit available.

The owner did not refund my money even though we were not accommodated. He was responsive about the issue at first, assuring us that our money will be refunded, but after a few days he was already rejecting our calls. I already paid via Credit card through booking.com and he refused to refund.

Had a last date booking. Tried to call the number indicated in the booking, can’t reach the number. This is clearly a scam. No response from the owner or admin. Already paid for the stay but wasn’t able to check in.
