We arrived at the main gate and went through to reception. Receptionist said we can only book in from 15:00 however the booking confirmation stated 14:00. We had to go back to the main gate to get our key. Arriving at the apartment the cleaning team was still busy. Went back to reception to have a drink while we wait. This was also disappointing as there were maintenace guys busy working and making noise. We then left the property. Very unorganised and we did not feel welcome or relaxed at all. As if the staff did not expect guests.
