The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to old town Monopoli. The apartment was very clean and modern.

Kitchen facilities were limited, a few more utensils/glasses/pans etc would have been good. More mirrors, including a full length one.

Too many items were broken or did work as they should have. Wifi didn’t work properly for 2 days. Had to call a technician to fix it. Coffee machine was broken the day of our check in and didn’t not get fixed. Blinds to cover window were broken.

The location was amazing!

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable so was very hard to sleep

I am not satisfied with HUBBBN B SRLS because I had to pay for the stay twice. The first time to booking and the second time to HUBBBN B SRLS. I presented confirmations of the transfer, but for HUBBBN B SRLS it was not enough - they told me to pay and explain with booking. I had to pay 50€ for an accidentally damaged card to the apartment. Be very careful with the room card, it is very very expensive:)

1. We only were allowed to 1 set of keys and this was not flexible for the 3 of us since I liked to leave on my own to go shopping and my husband and son would go do their activities and we always had to get back at the same time in order to get into the apartment. Not sure why management cannot be more creative than to hand us 1 set of keys 2. I was expecting to be able to cook a couple of my meals in, only a hot plate is available and small pans, therefore, it should be noted that their is a limited capacity to cook your own meals. 3. Shower leaks and therefore this causes mold on the floor of the shower, therefore we showered with our sandals on. Also, the shower door was not very protective, we needed to make sure to simply get the water to spray in the corner and try to get under it to ensure that no water would spray out of the shower.

Perfect location, perfect loft apartment, the cleanest place I have ever been, all recommendations for this lovely place

The first floor large flat has been recently renovated with care. The private terrace is a bonus overlooking the rooftop and the churches towers is an extra space available where we had breakfast and dinner outdoor. There is air-conditioning throughout the flat.

Difficult to find a flaw honestly, if you have mobility problems it is not for you a steep stair lead to the flat and the terrace.

We liked the location.

One thing was the water wasn’t very hot in the shower
