We can do laundry easily since house equipped with washing machine there's also laundry detergent provided Owner also provide water filter so we did not spend much on buying mineral water from outside And there is a set of dinnerware provided so easier for us to bring takeaways from outside. Remember not to left any residue on the table as it attract ants crawling on it. Water pressure in all shower rooms are ok Location nearby main road. There is also nice cafe next to the housing area They sell towel for RM20/pc for those didn't bring theirs. Towel is not provided.

The iron provided wasn't functioning well and became nest for ants Spider webs on the ceiling and shower room wall not so clean One of the air-conditioner remote control is not working
