Sweet Home Nea Roda!

Гледката и местоположението са най-добрите. Къщата е много хубава и удобна, на пръв поглед нищо не липсва, въпреки някои недостатъци, си изкарахме страхотно. Има хубави плажове наоколо, острови, разнообразие, красиви пейзажи, спокойствие и вкусна храна.

В две от спалните леглата са някакъв компромисен вариант и бяха неудобни, нямаше достатъчно чаршафи, липсваше кафемашина, има нужда от нови тенджери и тиган - всеки знае че тефлона когато е надраскан, се изхвърля, нямаше мрежи на някои от прозорците, камината не беше почистена, ваната лесно се запушва, не е удобно при ползването от толкова хора, ако има втора баня ще бъде много по-приятно. Около къщата двора не се поддържа, липсва зеленина и наоколо има строителни материали.

Locația este frumoasă ! Gazda destul de drăguța , ne-a lăsat și un vin pe care l-am băut la mare …. Și ceva dulciuri .

Baia ar avea nevoie de mai multă atenție , are nevoie de ceva reparații. În jurul proprietății ar trebui ca administratorul să stilizeze puțin iarba dacă tot a făcut o scurtătură de coborâre . În cameră nu ardea becul principal , dar probabil l-au rezolvat după plecarea noastră . Patul din 2 camere cam incomod pentru cineva care dorește pat moale . Însă patul din dormitorul principal era foarte comod .

Privelistea si locatia sunt punctele forte. Ajungi in 3 minute la plaja si restaurante, 1 minut pana la supermarket. Fiecare camera are terasa cu vedere la mare! Livingul si bucataria deschisa sunt spatioase si luminoase, dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Canapelele extensibile folosite ca paturi in doua dintre dormitoare sunt tari ca piatra.

Άριστο, πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, για μία άνετη διαμονή στο όμορφο χωριό! Ο οικοδεσπότης πρόθυμος να κάνει τη διαμονή μας ιδανική. Η θέα εκπληκτική!

Были мелкие недочеты, но место и море все исправило

Spacious with an incredible view of the sea. Clean and pleasant place.

I liked the place which is calm and not crowded with tourists. There was a bakery, fish market, meat market if you wish to cook in 2 minutes walk and 10 taverns if you wish to eat out. The sunbeds are free with a coffe or something else for 2-3 euros. There is always place. There is a pier in the sea on the beach and all the teenagers gather to play football and jump in the see in the afternoon; Tripiti is 2 km away with ferry to take you to Ammouliani island where we found the beach Karagatsa. Half of the beach (I mean in the sea) is sand, half is rock for snorkeling. We took some bread and 100 fish came to us, pink, colorfull, small and big. We rented a boat (approximate fee 100euro for the day and pay the gas) We went to the blue laguna for shnorkeling and swimming. We took the boat to Mount Athos, We went to Ouranoupolis (5-6km) and ate at restaurant Zorbas, food is excellent, not expensive and portions enormous. So, all that close to the location where we were, with the difference that our place was big, spacefull and away from the clowds. The hoiuse has big balcony and terrace with excellent vue to the sea.The sea is more windy in the morning, calm in the afternnon and the beach is mostly sandy. Not deep right away, good for kids

There is juste one air conditiioning in the corridor but if you sleep with bedrooms (there are two bedrooms) doors open, it is OK.
