Cosy Kotroni, Greek cuteness, townhouse for 6

- Location was excellent - very close to the centre and on a tiny street with no cars or motorbikes - Air-conditioning in the main bedroom was new and working properly - Spacious living room/kitchen area, especially if you don't use the living room couch as a bed (which would be necessary if using this house with 6 people) - Charming, cute, older townhouse

- Bathroom was poor: 1) no shower curtain available so water splashed everywhere when showering, 2) sink had been moved to a new location in a renovation attempt, but the mirror and ledge for toiletries had not been moved with it, which made it very difficult to have a proper shave 3) one drainage hole was missing a cap. - no air-conditioning in the second bedroom - air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen was older and did not seem to be able to cool the room properly. May need maintenance or replacing - poor sound insulation from neighbouring house - we paid 180 EUR/night via booking.com for the last week of August 2025 and felt this was too much for the overall level of comfort provided

Ηταν ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Σε μια σχετικά καλή περιοχή της σκιαθου, κοντά στα μαγαζιά της πόλης. Αρκετά καθαρό όταν φτάσαμε, είχε λειτουργικά air condition σε 2 από τα 3 δωμάτια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Επίσης υπήρχε ευελιξία για την ώρα του check in και του check out

Η τοποθεσία που έχει στη booking είναι διαφορετική από αυτή στην οποία είναι το διαμέρισμα. Δεν γνωρίζω αν αυτό έχει γίνει από λάθος αλλά αν το γνωρίζαμε μπορεί να μας είχε αποτρέψει να το κλείσουμε, εφόσον βρίσκεται αρκετά ψηλά στο νησί. Πέρα από αυτό το μπάνιο δεν διέθετε κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να γεμίζουν όλο τον χώρο και το σιφόνι του μπάνιου δεν διέθετε καπάκι και μύριζε άσχημα. Τέλος δεν υπήρχαν αρκετές παροχές ( μη λειτουργική τοστιέρα, λίγο χαρτί τουαλέτας)

Met at port and helped with luggage to house. Lots of useful information on beaches, bars, restaurant. Central location but quiet at night.
