La Via Di Mezzo

We loved everything about this place, from location to the amenities and cleanliness. Everything was perfect for our stay in Catania. Antonio, the host, went over and above to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. He was prompt in communication and answered all our queries. He met us on arrival and showed us where everything was. He had a lot of goodies waiting in the kitchen and also had vouchers for breakfast at a nearby cafe. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Such a lovely and welcoming stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing luxury flat! All the amenities you can think of….even individually wrapped toothbrush and toothpaste! Antonio makes you feel welcome and provides loads of advice, and he's very helpful. As a warm welcome, he compliments you with some must try local sweet and shows you around the house. The kitchen is fully stocked (pasta, sauces, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, teas, cereal, milk, juice, bottled water, prosecco, beer, pots and pan, cutlery and etc. The appartment is exactly as you see it in the pictures. Included were voachers for breakfast - coffee and croissant in a bistro nearby, but we did not use those. Parking is on the street and for free. I recommend this place to all who want to spend some time in Catania.

Unfortunately, the shower does not have a door. There should definitely be a clothes hanger in the corridor.

Wow! What a beautiful apartment . All the amenities you can think of….even individually wrapped toothbrush and toothpaste!!!!!Super clean, modern. My kids don’t want to leave…..The owner is such a gentleman, easily accessible and was a great source of info… where to eat…what to see…. He truly made our stay his priority!!!! Ciao Antonio . Can’t think of one thing we did not like

Massive apartment and owner filled The kitchen with food, drinks and beer and wine. The owner met us and was very friendly. There is free Parking outsidr but we were recommended private car park which cost 10 Eur for 12 hours and1 Eur per hour after. Owner also gave lots of recommendations for trattoria s

Antonio is excellent, efficient, and helpful ! The apartment is well equipped and my gosh, filled with food and drinks in the kitchen! Facilities are mostly new.The balcony is nice to have for the morning and evening tea, reading or eating snacks.

We wish there were a dining table inside the apartment.

Antonio was a great host. The apartment was very clean, with numerous amenities to support a comfort and enjoyable stay.

Area had extensive levels of rubbish on the street and sidewalks

It was more than we expected. Close to the city center and also close to the highways to leave the town. The owner also filled the fridge with drinks and fruits. It was just perfect. Highly recommended.
