"Disappointing"

They cancel our booking while we were on the way. I made the booking on the way, paid and they confirmed. We arrived at the apartelle late, called them and was surprised that the booking was cancelled because they cannot accept impromptu booking because the key blah blah, blah and so on… I asked for a full refund since they said they will but i don’t know how long will it reflect in their account, or will it be refunded.
