GB5 double beds, perfect for a larger family family trip. Conservatory space was a bonus, so that people had space to do want they wanted

Hand rail on stairs was unstable at the bottom and a gap in the middle of the stairs was dangerous. Pillows and duvets were very poor quality. Lots of empty bottles and packets in bathrooms. No blinds in downstairs bathroom which was overlooked by neighbours windows.

Previously a HMO. The bedroom doors were still numbered. Clean - but generally worn out; especially the bathrooms. Big issue for us was the hot water boiler didn’t work and needed re pressurising 3 times in our 2 night stay resulting in no hot water on morning ! Small refund given.

GBThe property was very spacious and the bedrooms were big enough to accommodate our whole family without any issue. The host was fantastic and readily available for anything we needed.

CZGBIELocation was perfect for our group, lovely quiet area , house is a good size , lovely space in living room to hang out, big tv and lots of channels and gaming equipment too. Hosts were very helpful and responsive when we couldn’t get the key lock box At door to open , and responded quickly to messages about the fans . The fans are great in the bedrooms especially when the weather was so warm.
Beds very low to ground , some members of our group are older and found this very difficult . Could definitely use some instructions for guests who aren’t from England about the garbage and recycling . There were buckets in the garden with old Cigarette butts , a bit off putting for non smokers who sat in the garden . Also the lack of curtains in the front bedrooms , the blinds didn’t keep the light out at 5.30 am .The stairs and upstairs landing creak so badly , you Couldn’t get up in the night and go to bathroom without making a lot of noise. I know this might seems Like picky things but when you pay nearly £2000 for 4 night well Outside London you expect a bit more. Could do with more towels per person, and we had to search through all the rooms and presses and drawers to find the hairdryer , a folder with some instructions where everything is and how to work things would be very welcome in this property
