CA VI Loft

Fantastic location near the beach and old town, yet peaceful and quiet. Stylish, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was a great addition, allowing us to prepare our own breakfast. The small patio was perfect for drying beachwear. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Would be lovely to have more surface to place your belongings (for example counter space & luggage stand).

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo loft a Monopoli ed è stata un’esperienza davvero splendida! Una vera chicca: l’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro e comodissima anche per raggiungere la spiaggia. Atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, ideale per chi cerca comodità senza rinunciare allo stile. Consigliatissimo!

Questa casa si è rivelata un'ottima scelta. È accogliente e ben tenuta, con spazi funzionali che rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole. La posizione è comoda e permette di raggiungere facilmente i servizi principali. Un luogo piacevole in cui soggiornare.

We stayed at CA VI Loft in mid-June and had a fantastic experience. The studio apartment was compact but very well laid out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a small kitchen, a cozy sitting area, a bedroom space, a spacious shower, and a separate toilet. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was a bit firm for our personal preference, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real relief with daytime temperatures around 30°C. The apartment was generally quiet, with only some occasional noise from the street, but nothing disruptive. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. Parking was relatively easy — sometimes we had to leave the car a few streets away, but this only happened occasionally. The location is excellent: there’s a small grocery shop just around the corner, and you’re only a short walk away from the city center and several charming little coves perfect for swimming. Our hosts, Annamaria and Alessandra, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. We even received a small bottle of bubbly as a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. Overall, CA VI Loft was a great place to stay — clean, comfortable, and ideally located. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore Monopoli!

We loved it! We booked another accommodation at first and the ad was super misleading so we had to check out immediately and with the help of booking we got refunded by the property. We were a bit stressed out and needed to find a location fast and this one was available and it didnt disappoint! First of all, hosts were available right away and very kind and helpful. Also this location is one minute from the beach and 7 mins from the centro historico so its a great location. Its big, roomy, clean and new. We loved the big shower and jacuzzi bath. Room felt luxurious and was great value for the price.
