Новые апартаменты, в пешей доступности от жд вокзала. Удобная кровать, новая сантехника. Бесплатно ставили воду, сок, пепси. Хороший интернет. До старого города пешком можно дойти

Район конечно спорный ) много странных личностей на улицах
