Kya Venice and Beach House: Venezia, mare e laguna

Lovely place drowning in green. Pool is amazing and quite big. Boat trip to Venice from here is also enjoyable especially if you are lucky to get good seats:) 8mins away from the sea by car. What’s not to like?

There were 4 of us and I think the apartment is way better suited for a couple:)

there was a good amount of space for a 4-person family, everything was clean and new. Beds were comfortable. Balcony is a plus.

It would be nice to have some basic supplies in the apartment, like salt, pepper, oil, laundry detergent and enough toilet paper and soap for the family.

Very nice person and all just perfect. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Shops and ferries very close. We have been here several times and absolutely recommend it!

Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s located 10minutes walk from the local port so it was perfect for visiting Venice. Host prepared a great guide for check in (since the building is like labyrinth:) and we don’t have any difficulties in finding the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable, perfect for 2-4 people. Also, there’s a big enough balcony (personally that means a lot :)

Location close to harbor so you can get to Venice, Quiet, Nice pool, Friendly people, Clean and really nice and functional apartment

Very nice swimming pool. 10 minutes walk to boat for San Marco.

The owner of the apartment is very kind and supportful. For our questions and requests he reacted immediately. The apartment is properly equipped and well organized. The location is perfect since it is located close to the ferry station and some supermarkets. Neighbourhood is calm and safe, parking is easy and secured. We highly recommend this apartment for everybody!
