Gialova Hills 8 - Luxury Apartments with Pool

Nice big swimming pool. Good size bedrooms.

The property itself was fine, although everything is white and a bit tired. The shower and toilet were cramped. The outside furniture was grubby with stains. Our biggest problem however was very poor service from the property manager, Zoi. Everything just seemed a bit too much trouble. We had a power cut on the 3rd day, following some heavy rain. Whilst I understand that a power cut is outside their control, Zoi was totally unhelpful and unforthcoming with information unless we contacted her - even then it was curt replies saying there was nothing she could do (even an offer of a torch would have been something!). We were without power for 18 hours, despite the fact power was restored to surrounding properties within a few hours. No one came down to check if we were OK (there was a family with young children next door), or to offer any information or assistance. At 8am the following morning, our phones were running out of charge and when I asked if there was anywhere we could charge them, I was told 'no'. We were panicking a bit by this time and therefore used what was left of our power to book in somewhere else. Finally a maintenance man appeared around 9am and miraculously 'fixed' the problem within a few minutes. We suspect the power cut had tripped the main switch to the building and could have been resolved much earlier if anyone had bothered to check. We moved out and spent our final 2 days elsewhere. It was a great pity since we had spent 2 weeks travelling around the Peloponnese and the service and friendliness was outstanding everywhere else we stayed. Gialova Hills 8 need some lessons on customer care.

Great location and well designed apartment. We enjoyed the restaurants a short walk away in Gialova and great local beaches too. We also enjoyed exploring Pylos, Methoni and further afield to Olympia.

La qualité des équipements, l’accès à la piscine de l’appartement du bas (surclassement de 150€ pour 3 jours) car nous avions réservé en haut. La proximité du très joli village de Gialova.

Beautiful property,exceptionally maintained inside and out.Short,flat walk into town with a plethora of restaurants to choose from.

Beautiful and very hygienic. Perfect location to explore the west side of Peleponnese

Location is amazing, plus the apartment is brand new.
