USHad an amazing stay at this 4BHK villa in Lonavala with my friends group! The location was perfect with a beautiful mountain view that made the whole vibe super peaceful. The villa itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a cozy media room for movie nights and an indoor pool that came with a relaxing rain shower — definitely a highlight! Perfect for a chill getaway. Would love to visit again!

Property owner dont respect the booking through booking.com. They said room is not available even though there is a confirmed booking

The host told us the property is booked despite our online booking confirmation and no prior communication from the host. Upon calling on the day and time of booking, he informed us that the property had already been given to another guest and gave us other options, which would upset you if it’s your birthday and you have nowhere to go.

These guys do not honour bookings via booking.com stating it is a free booking. The policy states that the payment is handled by the property however it is ur responsibility to contact the property and make the advance payment else they would cancel the booking even without calling you. Absolute mockery.
