No breakfast

Arrived and was met by someone who new nothing about our reservation. Eventually spoke to the owner who was very apologetic and we returned. Wi-Fi code did not work and after repeated attempts discovered that they had the wrong password on their guest instructions!!! No towels supplied until we queried it and they were provided. Beautiful house on the Thames is a misnomer as it is an ordinary semi in a residential development. Disappointing! We’re friendly and helpful, but very amateurish in their management. The shower was barely big enough to move in. I am not large by any means and struggled in it. The SMALLEST shower we have ever seen.

"Very nice people and a very comfortable stay."

The hosts were very nice and showed me to my room and gave me the Wi-Fi, friendly and warm. The bed was comfortable and they even had a heater in case I got cold!

I didn’t know if I was supposed to talk to the host before I left, I didn’t know where to find them so I had to just go. Also the room above is very audible from the room I was staying in, so if you are a light sleeper you may wake up from someone walking above you.
