GBWe wanted to go walking along the Malvern Hills. This property was in the perfect location for us.
1) The toilet seat doesn't fit correctly on the toilet! 2) We drink tea. Lots of it. It would have been nice to have a teapot. 3) The mandatory damage waiver surcharge was a bit cheeky. This should be included in the upfront booking fee. Not as a surprise after I've already paid for the property.

The entrance hall and staircase looked a bit neglected, but the rest was great.

NLGBThe apartment was very clean, tidy, well furnished, and well equipped (we appreciated the inclusion of essentials such as tea bags and dishwasher tablets). The view over the Severn Plain from the apartment is simply stunning, even on a grey day! The flat is only a short walk into town and ideally located to explore the hills. Comms with the management team were excellent.
There was nothing that would stop us from returning. However, as others have mentioned, somewhere to store a toilet bag in the bathroom, and somewhere to sit to dry hair and apply makeup in the bedroom would be most welcome. Also, the communal entrance and hallway is a little scruffy, although probably not the owners responsibility, it did make us wonder what we had booked when we first arrived. However, as soon as we opened the door to the flat we saw that we needn't have worried, all was as lovely as advertised.
GBModern second floor apartment with views across the north of Great Malvern. Kitchen and sitting room are nice and an extra room as a 'study'.
Cobwebs on the kitchen window and a very sticky kitchen floor which was awful. Better cleaning please. The instructions were totally out of date and clearly someone needs to stay here to assess its shortcomings. We were fine with all the different levels and steep steps, but this apartment is NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues. No where in the bathroom to pit a washbag!
